Marketing / Graphic design intern
Ghent, Belgium
Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid)
TBD
We're looking for a hungry marketing and design intern to own Bond's visual identity and growth presence — from website design and SEO/GEO to LinkedIn content and sales materials. You'll work directly with the founders, move fast, and leave with a portfolio most junior designers spend years building.
Why Bond?
At Bond, we are building the world's first AI Chief of Staff. After speaking with over 2,000 executives, we identified a universal pain point: information fragmentation and overload. Even the best teams spend countless hours chasing updates, untangling loose threads, and sitting in status meetings, only to find the data they need is buried in a silo.
We're building a system that understands what's happening across a company and tells leaders what truly deserves their time. You don't just save a few hours. You change how companies operate. This is a new layer of infrastructure. Whoever solves this becomes the operating system for modern organizations.
Backed by Y Combinator, Fellows Fund, Goodwater Capital, and E14, we are building the intelligence layer that connects these dots automatically. We have raised our seed round and are now growing our team.
What You'll Do
Design and evolve our website: Bond's website is our storefront. You'll own its visual design, layout, and content — making sure it communicates what we do, why it matters, and why executives should care. You'll work in Figma and ship real pages, not just mockups.
Drive SEO and GEO: You'll research keywords, optimize page structure, write meta descriptions, and ensure Bond ranks for the searches that matter. You'll learn what Generative Engine Optimization means in practice — making sure AI search engines (not just Google) surface Bond when people ask about executive productivity, AI chiefs of staff, and company operating systems.
Create LinkedIn content that builds a brand: You'll draft, design, and schedule posts for Bond's LinkedIn page and our founders' personal accounts. You'll learn what performs in B2B SaaS, experiment with formats (carousels, text posts, short video), and build a content engine that grows our audience week over week.
Build sales and marketing materials: Pitch decks, one-pagers, case study templates, email graphics, event collateral — whatever the founders need to close deals and tell the Bond story. You'll take rough ideas and turn them into polished, on-brand assets fast.
Shape the brand: You'll work across every touchpoint — website, social, email, sales — and develop an eye for what "looks like Bond." Over time, you'll help codify the visual language, tone, and design patterns that make our brand consistent and recognizable.
Tools We Use
We don't expect you to know all of these on day one, but here's what you'll work with:
Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Website: Framer
Content: LinkedIn, Notion, Canva
SEO: Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Analytics, PostHog
AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney — we expect you to use AI tools aggressively to move faster
Who You Are
Visually sharp: You have a strong eye for design — typography, layout, color, whitespace. You can look at a landing page and immediately spot what's off. Your portfolio (even if it's class projects or personal work) shows taste.
Writer and communicator: Good marketing is good writing. You can take a complex AI product and explain it in one sentence that makes someone lean in. You're comfortable writing copy, not just designing around it.
Self-starter: This is a startup. Nobody will hand you a brief every morning. You'll see what needs to be done — a LinkedIn post about a new feature, a sales one-pager for a meeting tomorrow, a website section that needs refreshing — and you'll do it.
Fast learner: You don't need to know SEO or GEO deeply today, but you need to be the kind of person who can learn it in a week and start executing. You Google things, read documentation, watch tutorials, and figure it out.
AI-native: You already use AI tools in your workflow. You're not intimidated by them — you see them as leverage. You'll use AI to draft copy, generate image concepts, research competitors, and move 3x faster than someone who doesn't.
Ambitious: You're not looking for a checkbox internship. You want to work at a YC-backed startup because you want to learn how startups actually operate — the speed, the intensity, the direct access to founders and real decisions.
The Internship
Duration: 3 months
Compensation: TBD. This is an investment in your career, not a paycheck. In return, you get:
Direct access to founders — no layers, no managers. You'll sit next to us and work on real problems.
YC startup on your resume — a signal that opens doors in tech, design, and marketing for years to come.
A real portfolio — not class projects. Live website pages, published LinkedIn posts, sales materials used in actual deals.
Potential full-time offer — if you're exceptional, we'll want to keep you.
Location: TBD.
How to Apply
Send us:
A portfolio or 3-5 samples of your best design and/or marketing work (Behance, personal site, PDF — anything works)
Three sentences on why you want to spend 3 months building a brand at a YC-backed AI startup
